Our in-house engineers are available 24/7, which coupled with our free Monitoring Service, ensures that clients have full peace of mind.

The Alert Communications Data Centre is accepted by the Maltese Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA) to host Gaming Clients that are under the jurisdiction of Maltese Gaming Laws. In addition, the network infrastructure is in full compliance with the Payment Card Industry’s Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and other Industry Standards and best practices.
